How Ticket Exchange works
What we do
If you have a spare ticket you need to get rid of, or if you want a ticket for a particular match, we will try to put you in touch with someone who either has a ticket for you or wants your spare. |

E-mail us at ticketexchange@hotmail.com with your request.
Include your contact details, including phone numbers - we may need to contact you at short notice
If you're trying to get rid of a ticket, tell us the seat location

What we DON'T do
We do NOT carry out the transaction for you. That is your responsibility. We don't handle tickets or money ourselves.
We do NOT accept any legal liability for any problems with transactions. These are carried out at your own risk, although we will within reason try to sort out any problems that arise.
We do NOT tolerate anyone trying to buy tickets on the cheap, or sell them for profit. Touts and hagglers should be reported to us at our e-mail address. They will then be stopped from using our service in future.
We do NOT make any money out of this. This is an entirely non-profit service, designed solely to allow Chelsea fans to attend games they would otherwise miss, and to allow Chelsea fans to pass on tickets for games they cannot attend. All advertising revenue goes to recovering our administration costs.
